🔁 Refund & Return Policy – Vibtee

At Vibtee, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a request.


📌 Overview

This policy applies to all purchases made on Vibtee.com. We accept returns and offer refunds under certain conditions outlined below.


🕒 Return Window & Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Unauthorized returns or those outside the 14-day window may be rejected.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized items (Print-on-Demand products)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse

✅ How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@vibtee.com with the following:

  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item (in case of defect or damage)

We will respond within 24–48 business hours with instructions and the return address.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or design:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the preferred item

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, items enter production and cannot be canceled or changed.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vibtee.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)
  • Any available tracking information

We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
