  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Unauthorized returns or returns outside the 14-day window may be rejected.

For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized items (Print-on-Demand products)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item (in case of defect or damage)

Orders may only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, the item enters production and cannot be canceled or changed.
